Seasonal storage has a second problem nobody talks about. Getting the winter bedding out of the way is easy. Finding it again in November is not. So you pull down three bags, unzip all of them, and repack the two you did not need.

The panel down the middle of this one is clear. You look at the shelf and you know.

Why it works

• A window you can actually see through. The centre panel is transparent, so a folded quilt, a stack of sweaters and the ski gear are all identifiable from across the room.
• Zips along the whole lid. The opening runs the full length, so you load it flat instead of pushing bedding through a small gap.
• A handle at each end. Two people can carry it, or one person can slide it off a high shelf without wrestling it.
• Water resistant surface. A spilled glass beads on the outside rather than soaking straight through.
• Folds flat when it is empty. Out of season it takes up the space of a folded towel.
• Two sizes. 50 L at 21.7 x 13.8 x 9.8 in (55 x 35 x 25 cm), or 75 L at 23.6 x 15.7 x 11.8 in (60 x 40 x 30 cm).

Good to know

Made from non woven fabric with a printed face. There is no internal frame, so the bag holds a neat shape when it is full and softens when it is half empty. Measure your shelf before choosing a size. You receive one bag. The bedding in the photos is not included.
