Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times may be longer during holidays.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How can I track my order?
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Products

Do I need tools to install your products?
Many of our pieces are no-drill and use adhesive pads or hooks. Each product page lists exactly how it installs.

Will adhesive products damage my walls?
Our adhesive pads are designed for smooth surfaces like tile, glass and sealed walls. For best results, clean the surface, press firmly and wait 24 hours before adding weight.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your card details.
