Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Every Order
Every LUXORA order ships free within the United States, with no minimum.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Multiple Packages
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at theluxora.home@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to help.
