LUXORA Cutting Board Rack

The wet board has nowhere to go

You rinse it, and then you are stuck. Flat on the counter it leaves a ring of water and only dries on one side. Stacked with the others it traps the damp between them, and by the morning there is a smell you cannot place. Standing it against the backsplash works until it slides down and takes the soap with it.

This rack gives every board its own edge to stand on. Both faces meet the air, the water runs off, and the whole stack sits in a footprint smaller than a mug coaster.

Standing, not stacked

• Three wire arches make two full depth slots
• Open on every side, so the wet face is never pressed flat against another board
• Lift one out and the rest stay standing
• A third board leans against the back of the rack when you need the room

Not only boards

• Cutting boards, from thin plastic sheets to thick bamboo blocks
• Pan lids, glass or metal, with the knob facing out
• Small serving boards, trays and chopping mats

Put it where the pile already is

• Beside the sink, so rinsed boards drain onto the counter edge
• Inside a cabinet, standing boards up in the dead space above a shelf
• On an open shelf or against a backsplash
• Beside the stove, as a landing spot for the lid while the pan is on the heat

Made to sit in water and not care

• Stainless steel, so splashes do not leave rust marks
• Smooth rounded wire, nothing to scratch a board edge
• Nothing to assemble, nothing to screw in
• Rinse it under the tap when it needs it
