Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your LUXORA order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email theluxora.home@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed with adhesive, or damaged by misuse cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
